Egg pâté Hungary iyona umholi ekusetshenzisweni kwamaqanda, ngakho-ke kunengqondo ukuthi i-pâté isiHungary. I-Pate iyakhaka ngoba iphekwe ngaphandle kwesigamu senyama, kodwa ukunambitha nokubukeka ngokufana nenyama. Ngingazi impendulo, qagela kulokho okulungiselelwe le nyoka kunzima kakhulu. I-recipe ihle kakhulu "yokubuyisela kabusha" amaqanda asebilisiwe asele.
Izithako:- Anyanisi 300 g
- Amaqanda inkukhu 4 ama-pcs.
- I-Walnut 50 g
- I-Garlic 2 clove
- Usawoti 3 g
- Ukuhlanganiswa kwepelepele 2 g
- I-Butter 50 g
- Amafutha ahlanzekile e-sunflower 10 ml
- Isinyathelo 1 Lungisa ukudla: ibhotela, amantongomane, anyanisi, i-garlic. Amaqanda kumele abe abilisiwe kanzima futhi ahlile.
- Isinyathelo 2 Phakeni, qeda ibhotela, engeza imifino. Fry the anyanisi ehlutshiwe futhi eqoshiwe.
- Isinyathelo 3 Amaqanda ukuhlanza, ukusika zibe yizicucu bese uphonswa ube i-blender. Engeza amantongomane, u-garlic, usawoti, ingxube ye-pepper kanye no-anyanisi othosiwe. Gwema ubukhulu obuningi.
- Isinyathelo 4 Ngaphambi kokukhonza, faka i-pate eqediwe amahora angu-1-2 esiqandisini.
