- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa isaladi sidinga i-beetroot ebilisiwe, i-apula enomuncu nomuncu, i-coot, isinamoni, i-horseradish, usawoti, ushukela.
- Isinyathelo 2 Sika i-apula bese uthatha izingcezu ezincane.
- Isinyathelo 3 Horseradish finely grate.
- Isinyathelo 4 Hlanganisa ukhilimu omuncu, usawoti, ushukela, isinamoni for the sauce.
- Isinyathelo 5 Grate i-beetroot kwi-grater enkulu.
