- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela isiphuzo sokuphuza, uthathe i-orange, apula, omisiwe, umlimi omuncu, amakhiwane kanye nezinongo: i-cardamom, i-anise, i-clove, i-ginger (umhlabathi noma intsha).
- Isinyathelo 2 Hlanganisa ama-apula avela ku-peel kanye nenhloko bese uthatha ama-cubes wesayizi ophakathi.
- Isinyathelo 3 Dry izithelo omisiwe bese usika kahle. Izidakamizwa kufanele zicutshungulwe emanzini noma epuni.
- Isinyathelo 4 Beka izithelo ezomisiwe, ama-apula kanye nezinongo epanini lokuthosa, uthele ngamanzi anele ukumboza izithelo ezomile bese uzibeka emlilweni omncane cishe imizuzu engu-20.
- Isinyathelo 5 Bese ungeze inani elidingekile lamanzi bese ulethe ngamathumba.
- Isinyathelo 6 Ngokulandelayo, gcwalisa izithelo ezomile kwi-strainer. Ungakhohlwa ukufaka isitsha ngaphansi kwesihlungo!
