- Isinyathelo 1 Lungisa i-chicken fillet, i-quince, i-anyanisi, ushukela omuncu.
- Isinyathelo 2 Geza i-Aiva, uthathe izingcezu ezingu-4, uthathe umgogodla bese uthatha izicucu cishe 2 x 2 cm.
- Isinyathelo 3 Inkukhu ye-Chicken ihlanjululwe, ihlutshiwe kusuka ku-ifilimu, inqamuke ibe yi-cubes cishe ngo-2½ cm. Fry ukukhanya inyama red, uyibeke esitsheni esihlukile.
- Isinyathelo 4 Emafutha asele gazinga ama-anyanisi aqoshiwe aphakathi nendawo.
- Isinyathelo 5 Engeza ushukela omanzi noshukela ku-pan othosiwe bese ubilisa imizuzu engu-1-2. Engeza inyama ne-quince, usawoti, faka i-cumin. Gcoba bese ubamba phansi ngaphansi kwesibindi sokushisa okuphansi kuze kube yi-quince elithambile.
