- Amaqanda inkukhu 3 ama-pcs.
- I-cheese kanzima 100 g
- I-Crab ihlanganisa 100g
- Imayonnaise 200 g
- I-Garlic 1 i-clove
- Isinkwa 2 sosawoti
- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa isaladi, sidinga ama-beet asephekwe ngaphambilini (cishe ama-gramu ayi-350), amaqanda enkukhu, ushizi onzima, izinti, ama-mayonnaise, i-garlic, usawoti.
- Isinyathelo 2 Amaqanda abilisiwe ahlanzwa futhi anqunywe ngamacube amancane. Futhi sinquma izinti zomhlanga.
- Isinyathelo 3 Izinyosi eziphekwe ngaphambili zihlanzwa, zihlutshiwe kwi-grater eyamafutha.
- Isinyathelo 4 Ushizi obunzima uphinde uhlutshwe kwi-grater eyamafutha.
- Isinyathelo sesi-5 Faka amaqanda aqoshiwe, ama-crab kanye ne-clove eqoshiwe.
- Isinyathelo 6 Ukugqoka isaladi nge imayonnaise.
- Isinyathelo 7 Hlanganisa, usawoti ukunambitha (udinga i-dosolit), hlanganisa futhi. Ngaphambi kokukhonza, isaladi kufanele ifakwe okungenani imizuzu engu-30!
