- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa isaladi udinga ukuthatha isibindi sezinyosi, anyanisi, ushizi onzima, ikhukhamba enamafutha, iqanda, imayonnaise, amafutha yemifino kanye nosawoti.
- Isinyathelo 2 Themba isibindi ngamanzi ashisayo ashubile, ubilise uze upheke, uphele futhi uthathe ama-noodle noma i-grate ku-grater eyamafutha.
- Isinyathelo 3 Gweba u-anyanisi futhi usike kahle.
- Isinyathelo 4 Geza amafutha emifino epanini lokuthosa bese ulondoloza u-anyanisi kuso kuze kube yilapho usithambile.
