Fakela kahle izaqathe. Esigodini esikhulu, hlanganisa iqanda, ukupha isinkwa, amathisipuni amane we-basil nopelepele. Engeza i-salmon, izaqathe noshizi. Hlanganisa. Yakha ingxube yezingqimba ezintathu. Beka ama-patties epanini lokuthosa oyile. Fry cishe imizuzu emibili, kuze kube yilapho kukhanya okukhanyayo. Vula bese uthola enye imizuzu engu-4. Phakathi naleso sikhathi, hlanganisa imayonnaise, ukhilimu omuncu, amathisipuni amabili e-basil ne-lemon zest. Beka amaqabunga e-lettuce esigabeni ngasinye sesinkwa esinesinkwa. Beka phezulu kwe-cutlet kusuka ku-saumon kanye ne-sauce ephekwe. Khonza ngezicucu zika utamatisi, uma kunesidingo.
