Nciphisa ama-peas owomile ngamanzi amahora angu-4, mhlawumbe ebusuku. Peel bese uqeda imifino. Sishisa epanini elikhulu, uthele amafutha amancane, uphonse izaqathe, amakhowe kanye negalikhi eqoshiwe. Fry imizuzu embalwa. Yengeza zonke izithako futhi ulethe isobho kumathumba. Ngemuva kokubilisa, gcoba isobho ngesembozo bese unciphisa ukushisa. Pheka ekushiseni okuphansi cishe amahora amabili.
