OKUDINGAYO:


• 500 ml ubisi
• 150 ml ukhilimu onokuqukethwe okungu-22% wamafutha
• 25 g webhotela
• 200 g we-ribbrio irayisi
• 1 tbsp. l. ushukela
• 1 tsp. isinamoni emhlabathini
• ama-250 amagremu enhlanganisela yama-raspberries, ama-blueberries, ama-currants abomvu, ama-blueberries nama-cherry amnandi
• 1 tbsp. l. i-mint fresh

OKUSENZA:


1. Faka epanini le-sauté, uncibilikise ibhotela, wengeze ilayisi uphinde upheke, uvuselele, u-2 amaminithi.
Bilisa ubisi nokhilimu. Engeza ingxenye yesine yobisi ne-ukhilimu elayisi bese upheka, ugqugquzela kuze kube yilapho uketshezi lufakwa. Thela ushukela bese uqhubeka uthele ebisi nasekhilimu ezinxenyeni ezincane. Lokhu kuzothatha cishe amaminithi angu-20.
