- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela okuzoyidingayo: ufulawa wonke ukakolweni, ufulawa wama-almond, ubisi, ushukela, umhlabathi wesinamoni, isitashi, isoda, ilamula, ibhotela, amapheya, amanzi kanye nokufafaza ama-alimondi.
- Isinyathelo 2 Amapheya ahlambuluke, uhlanganise ikhasi bese uthatha iziqephu.
- Isinyathelo 3 Faka i-blender, engeza u-3 tbsp. l. amanzi bese uqothula amazambane ahlambulukile.
