- Garlic 3 izidakamizwa
- I-ginger entsha 3 tsp.
- Amafutha omnqumo 1 tbsp. l.
- I-pinch engu-1
- I-Cognac 1 tbsp. l.
- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa isidlo uzodinga izaqathe, amafutha omnqumo, i-garlic, i-ginger, usawoti kanye ne-cognac.
- Isinyathelo 2 Hlanza izaqathe bese uwasika emibuthanweni.
- Isinyathelo 3 Beka izaqathe zibe yi-steamer bese upheka uze wenze. Ngine-steamer ngaphandle kokucindezelwa, ngakho kuthatha cishe imizuzu engu-15.
- Isinyathelo 4 Fry garlic kanye ginger osikiwe emafutheni omnqumo, bese wengeza izaqathe ezibilisiwe. Engeza i-cognac, uma ifisa, bese uyivumela ukuba iguquke. Nika amajezi amancane kagalikhi kanye no-ginger, usawoti, pepper bese ukhonza ushisayo.
