Lungiselela zonke izithako ezidingekayo. Ngokukhululeka manzi i-salmon nge-marinade elungiselelwe. Ucezu ngalunye lwezinhlanzi lubeka ucezu lwelamula. Bhaka imizuzu engu-12-15 emazingeni angu-200 kuze kube yilapho inhlanzi ilungile.
