- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela isaladi, sidinga izithelo zomvini, izinkukhu, iminqumo, ama-cranberries, ilamula, i-dill, amafutha omnqumo, usawoti, pepper.
- Isinyathelo 2 Susa isithelo samagilebhisi esihlahleni, uhlukanise zibe yizicucu, ususe ifilimu emagumbini. Sika zibe izingcezu ezincane.
- Isinyathelo sesi-3 Esigodini sesaladi nge-grapefruit enqunywe yilezi zithelo zomnqumo ezithengwa yizinhlamvu.
