1. Hlanganisa amafutha omnqumo epanini lokudoba eliphakathi kokushisa okuphakathi. Sika i-tofu ibe yizicucu ezingu-1 cm ubukhulu, omelele ithawula ekhishini. Beka i-tofu epanini lokuthosa nebhotela ne-gazinga emaminithini angu-4-6 kuze kufike i-tofu ebusweni. Vula i-tofu futhi uphelele ngakolunye uhlangothi kuze kube nsundu. Faka i-tofu ebhodini lokusika bese uthatha ama-cubes amancane. 2. Epanini elikhulu yenza amanzi abe ngamathumba. Engeza i-pinch enkulu kasawoti kanye nama-noodle elayisi. Pheka uze ulungele, ngokwemiyalelo ephaketheni. Geza bese ususa ama-noodle elayisi. 3. Gweba bese ugaxa i-ginger. Chofoza kahle i-garlic. Hamba ikhukhamba, bell pepper, anyanisi oluhlaza kanye ne-coriander. Esikhathini esikhulu, hlanganisa ibhotela, i-soy sauce, i-ginger, i-garlic, ushukela, uviniga, i-sesame, amanzi ashisayo kanye ne-garlic sauce (uma isetshenziswe) kuze kutholakale ukufana okufanayo. 4. Faka i-tofu ku-sauce okuphekwe, engeza ikhukhamba, i-pepper bell, i-anyanisi eluhlaza kanye ne-coriander, mix. Fafaza isaladi nge-anyanisi eluhlaza bese ukhonza.
