I-garlic ihlanzwa futhi iqoshiwe. Kusukela kulamula sikufakela yonke ijusi. Okungcono ukwenza lokhu nge-juicer. Emanzini kalamula, uthele izipuni ezine zebhotela, engeza i-thyme, i-oregano, usawoti, pepper, i-garlic (eqoshwe kakhulu noma efakwe emshinini). Sika inyama ibe ngamacube ama-2 cm ubude. Cishe ngale ndlela :) Sibeka inyama esikhwameni bese sithelela ku-marinade. Sihlanganisa konke kahle, sivale futhi siwuthumele esiqandisini. Uma inyama isilungele ukupheka, cwilisa ama-skewers enkuni emanzini (imizuzu engu-15-30), bese uqamba inyama. Ukulungiselela i-souvlaki yi-gril, noma i-brazier efanele, kodwa ungasebenzisa i-pan ejwayelekile ye-Teflon. Fry inyama kuze kuphekwe kuzo zonke izinhlangothi. Sikubeka esitsheni bese sikhonza.
