Ukulungiselela:
Qedela idayisi, uthathe isigamu. Sika izinhlamvu zama-apula bese uthatha iziqephu. Esikhathini sesitsha seladi ubeke izinsuku, izicucu zama-apula, engeza i-walnuts eqoshiwe.
Hlanganisa ijusi lelamula kanye ne-yogurt, engeza usawoti. Thela ukugqoka nge-ulethisi, hlanganisa kanye nesifriji imizuzu engu-15. Isaladi isilungile.
