- Iwayini elimhlophe iviniga 7 ml
- Ukhilimu omuncu 3 tbsp. l.
- Ibhotela 20 g
- Ubisi 30 ml
- I-pinch engu-1
- Pepper emhlabathini omnyama 1 pinch
- I-Parsley fresh 15 g
- Isinyathelo 1 Ukwenza isuphu lwesinaphi sidinga ama-shallots (kungenziwa esikhundleni se-anyanisi), isinaphi, ukhilimu omuncu, ubisi, usawoti, pepper, uviniga, amafutha, iparsley.
- Isinyathelo 2 Sika i-anyanisi ibe yi-cube, engeza ibhotela kanye gazinga kuze kube segolide.
- Isinyathelo 3 Faka isinaphi noviniga.
- Isinyathelo 4 Engeza ukhilimu omuncu.
- Isinyathelo 5 Faka usawoti kanye nepelepele.
- Isinyathelo 6 Faka ubisi bese ubilise yonke imizuzu emibili.
- Isinyathelo 7 Ekupheleni, engeza imifino.
- Isinyathelo 8 I-sauce ekulungele ukukhonza inyama noma imifino emhlophe.
