Isaladi esiphundu Ukulungisa imifino yokulayisa ama-saladi ibaluleke kakhulu. Kubalulekile ukucabangela ubukhulu bomunwe wommbila ngamunye, ngoba ezinye zazo zinamathambo amancane. Ikakhulukazi ukukhathazeka ngalezi zitshalo izitshalo, njengoba isithombo sebhitrudi, izaqathe, isithombo, itheniphu, izimpande isilimo esidliwayo esinamagatsha anamanzi. - I-pepper ebomvu ye-pepper 1/2 tsp.

- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa isaladi, thatha izaqathe ezintsha, i-chicken fillet, i-anyanisi, i-garlic, amafutha omifino, i-pepper enomunyu nomnyama obomvu, uviniga nosawoti.
- Isinyathelo 2 Gweba ama-clove e-garlic kusukela egobolondo elomile, usike kahle, bese ugalela usawoti ube yi-gruel.
- Isinyathelo 3 Ama-karoti ahlanza, anqunywe emigqabeni encane kakhulu noma ahlutswe kwi-grater ukuze alungise izaqathe ngesiKorea.
- Isinyathelo 4 Beka izaqathe endishini, engeza usawoti, ufafaze pepper (obomvu nomnyama), ugcoke ugarlic kanye nenkathi ngeviniga ukunambitha. Faka konke, faka izandla kuze kube lula, vala isembozo ngokuqinile futhi ushiye imizuzu engu-30.
- Isinyathelo 5 Geza izibopho, wome nge-napkin bese uthathe ama-cubes amancane.
- Isinyathelo 6 Ukushisa amafutha emifino epanini lokuthosa bese udosa i-fillet kuwo kuze kube yilapho uboniswa kalula. Ekupheleni kokuthosa, engeza usawoti kancane.
- Isinyathelo 7 Gweba i-bulb, usike ngesigamu, bese uhlukanisa ngesigamu esisodwa.
- Isinyathelo 8 Sakaza anyanisi emafutheni kuze kube yilapho usithambile.
- Isinyathelo 9 Xhuma izaqathe, izibopho, u-anyanisi, ufafaze ngamafutha, lapho inyama igajwe khona, uhlanganise.
