- Pepper emhlabathini omnyama 2 pinch
- Usawoti 1.5 tsp.
- Amafutha e-sunflower ahlanjulisiwe ama-100 ml
- I-Coriander eyomile 0.25 tsp.
- I-Paprika sweet ground 0.5 tbsp. l.
- Ikhukhamba 1 pc.
- I-Garlic 2 clove
- I-Carrot 1 pc.
- Anyanisi 1 pc.
- I-Pepper enhle i-1 pc.
- Ingulube ye-ngulube 400g
- Ijusi le-lemon 3 tbsp. l.
- Isinyathelo 1 Sidinga i-rice noodle, ingulube, i-sweet pepper, izaqathe, anyanisi, ikhukhamba elisha, i-garlic, i-pori sweet ground, i-coriander, usawoti, i-lemon, umsila omnyama kanye ne-sunflower amafutha ahlanzekile okupheka ngemifino kanye nengulube.
- Isinyathelo 2 Sika ingulube ibe yimichilo.
- Isinyathelo 3 Izaqathe, i-pepper elimnandi no-anyanisi nazo ziba yimichilo emincane.
- Isinyathelo 4 Fry the ingulube, usawoti kanye pepper, oyela sunflower elicwengekileyo kuze kuphekwe.
- Isinyathelo 5 Ama-noodle welayisi amaminithi amathathu adle amanzi abandayo, asuse amanzi bese uwuthululela ngamanzi abilayo imizuzu emihlanu.
- Isinyathelo 6 Siphinde sinqume ikhukhamba sibe yimichilo.
- Isinyathelo 7 Fry izaqathi, u-anyanisi, i-pepper kanye nekhukhamba emafutheni ahlanziwe eceleni.
- Isinyathelo 8 Sakaza imifino ku-ingulube.
- Isinyathelo 9 Engeza i-garlic eqoshiwe, umhlabathi we-paprika, i-coriander, usawoti omncane, ikhasi elimnyama, ijusi lemon. Faka, fry ngomzuzu owodwa.
- Isinyathelo 10 Yengeza ama-noodle elayisi, ngemva kokugcoba amanzi ashisayo kuwo.
- Isinyathelo 11 Gcoba kahle, ubeke umquba emizuzu emihlanu, uvuselele ngezikhathi ezithile, ngokushisa okuncane kakhulu, zama izinongo bese ubeka eceleni epanini. Ungakhonza njengesidlo sasemini ngesidlo sasemini njengenkambo yesibili, futhi ifomu elibandayo njengesaladi.
