- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungiselela uzodinga i-polenta croup (noma ama-corn groats, noma ingxube ye-corn kanye nofulawa wamabhakheheat), amakhowe, ubisi, ushizi u-Gorgonzola, ibhotela, ufulawa, usawoti kanye nopelepele.
- Isinyathelo 2 Thatha emathunjini ama-1.5 amalitha amanzi, bese uhambisa ufulawa kancane kancane, uhlanganise njalo uhlangothi olulodwa, ukuze ungabuni. Pheka imizuzu engama-45 ngokushisa okuphansi kakhulu, uvuselele njalo imizuzu emihlanu, ngendlela efanayo.
- Isinyathelo 3 Lungisa i-sauce. Hlanganisa ibhotela, bese ufaka isipuni sofulawa. Faka kahle.
- Isinyathelo 4 Faka ingilazi yobisi uphuthukise kuze kube yilapho isuphu ikhula.
