• 1 tsp. i-ginger ekhishwe
• 1 tsp. uju
• 3 tbsp. l. iwayini elimhlophe elimhlophe

OKUSENZA:

1. Lungisa i-sauce. Amapetshisi ukugeza, ukudlula ngamanzi abilayo, bese ufaka emanzini e-ice. Peel bese uthathe iziqephu. I-anyanisi ikhasi bese ugaya. Beka peaches, u-anyanisi, i-ginger kanye noju epanini. Thela iwayini. Letha emathunjini uphinde upheke imizuzu engu-10, ngaphandle kokumboza ngesembozo, kuze kube yilapho kutholakala isisindo esithambile, esisodwa.

2. Sika izinhlanzi zibe yizicucu. Ngomlilo wokutshisa amafutha, faka inhlanzi, usawoti, pepper kanye gazinga kusuka ezinhlangothini ezimbili, imizuzu engu-6-8, kuze kufike umbala omsundu.
