Iresiphi yamaqebelengwane e-Easter ku-kefir: 1). I-kefir mix efudumele kakhulu ne-ushukela, imvubelo kanye no-6 tbsp. izinkezo zefulawa futhi ufake endaweni efudumele imizuzu engu-15. 2). Ngemuva kwemizuzu engu-15, uma i-opara iphakama, engeza usawoti, i-sunflower namafutha angu-8 efulawa. Hlanganisa konke bese ufaka endaweni efudumele. 3). Lapho inhlama iphakama ngezikhathi ezingu-2-3, engeza omisiwe, uhlanganise futhi usakaze ekubunjeni, uzigcwalise ngesigamu. Beka kuhhavini imizuzu engu-20-25 ekushiseni kwama-180-200 degrees. 4). Lapho amaqebelengwane eboshwa, kubalulekile ukuwahambisa nge-glaze. 5). I-glaze: I-pre-protein e-whisk ephuziwe ngamaminithi angu-10, bese uqala kancane ukujova ushukela oluyimpuphu.
