Lokhu kudla akuyona nje into enhle kakhulu, kodwa futhi kuyasiza. Ngaphezu kwalokho, kunomphumela wokuvuselela futhi uhlanza umzimba.



ISUKU LOKUQALA

Ukudla kwasekuseni : amagremu angu-100 we-cottage shizi noma 200 ml we-yazhenka, 100 g we-raspberry.
Isitoreji sesibili : 150 g ubisi jelly nama-raspberries.
Usuku lokudla : ama-200 g wezinkukhu abilisiwe nge-raspberry sauce.
Dinner : 1 ingilazi ye-milkshake ne-100 g we-raspberries.


ISUKU LESIBILI

Ukudla kwasekuseni : 200 ml yogurt enamafutha aphansi noma i-kefir, i-raspberries eyi-100 g.
Isidlo sasekuseni sesibili : ama-raspberries angu-200 g nama-2 amathisipuni oju.
Usuku lokudla : 150 g izinhlanzi abilisiwe, 1 utamatisi, 1 ikhukhamba, imifino.
Isidlo : ama-raspberries angu-200 g ne-1 isipuni se-hazelnut.


USUKU LESITHATHU

Ukudla kwasekuseni : 200 ml we-kefir noma ubisi olubomvu, 100 g of okusajingijolo.
Isidlo sasekuseni sesibili : ama-raspberries angu-200 g, emhlabathini nge-50 g walnuts.
Usuku lokudla : 50 g we-veal ebilisiwe, 150 g isaladi kusuka iklabishi omhlophe kanye izaqathe nama-2 amathisipuni amafutha omnqumo.
Dinner : 2 apula abhakabhaka omisiwe kanye okusajingijolo sauce.
