- I-powder ye-Sugar 300 g
- Isinyathelo 1 Ukulungisa i-sorbet kuyodinga i-lemon, ibhanana eli-2-3 elimnandi, ushukela oluyimpuphu, i-lemon juice (esetshenziswe ngomumo we-lemon).
- Isinyathelo 2 I-lemon ne-peel kanye ne-bananas ehlutshiwe inqwaba.
- Isinyathelo 3 Ku-blender, qeda isithelo ngoshukela oluyimpuphu.
- Isinyathelo 4 Yengeza ijusi lemon bese uphinda ugxume konke, engeza, uma ufuna ukunambitha ubhanana noma ushukela oluyimpuphu.
- Isinyathelo 5 Dlulisa inqwaba ekhulayo ibe isitsha bese uyibeka efrijini amahora amabili.
- Isinyathelo 6 Thatha umonakalo njalo amahora amabili bese uxuba kahle nge-spoon, yenza lokhu kuze kube yilapho i-dessert iqhwa.
